John Josendale/file photo Josendale received the most votes in the field of four for St. Joseph mayor in the city primary elections, receiving 2,998 votes or 38.46% of the vote. Wilkinson came in second with 1,706. Community Action Partnership Executive Director Whitney Lanning placed third with 1,565 votes. Businessman Gary Lewis received 1,526 votes. Elo received the most votes in the field of three with 3,088. Lowdon placed second with 2,686 votes.
