Authorities say a missing West St. Paul man was last seen almost three months ago near Winnipeg s outlet mall.
RCMP Manitoba says 41-year-old Kienan (Kenny) Tran was last seen near the Outlet Collection Shopping Mall on April 5, and was reported missing on May 28. Police are concerned for Tran’s well-being, RCMP Manitoba says in a statement.
Police say he is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
He is 5’7” and 130 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
