Leadership Delaware Inc., an award-winning, year-long leadership development program, is proud to announce a new look for the organization.
The new CEO, Jennifer Cohan, said, “After many conversations with LDI fellows and other stakeholders, it was clear that the organization needed some modernization. So, we got right to work and created a committee made up of passionate fellows and staff to work on how to take the LDI brand and program to new heights.” Cohan further stated, “It was very important to ensure that the new identity stay true to the deep roots of its founders.”

Every two weeks, they swab their noses. Fifteen minutes later, an antigen test returns a positive or negative COVID-19 result.
MOT Charter is one of about 75 Delaware schools using antigen testing to catch asymptomatic COVID-19 cases, with more buildings expected to be added in the coming weeks.
Putting antigen testing in more schools is part of a pilot program pushed by the state Division of Public Health – and could play a key role in getting more kids back in the classroom full time after a year of virtual and hybrid learning.
