When California became the first state in the nation to add the COVID-19 vaccination to it's 10 other vaccines already required for students and staff of all public and private schools, a number of residents of the state became angry. That anger became a call to keep students home from class on Monday, October 18, in an effort to show schools that they would lose money given by the state for each student.
