Mobile emergency center McKemie Place hosts ribbon cutting Updated Dec 10, 2020; A Mobile emergency center for women held a ribbon cutting last Friday for their new location, which will help the organization continue to help out women in need. Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson posted about the ribbon cutting for McKemie Place on his Facebook page, praising the organization for helping out the community. This is still the case more than 10 years later.
