Unison Bank Donates $500,000 to Stadium Project

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Unison Bank) – A New Year means new dreams and new goals. One financial institution is giving back to the community of Jamestown in a big way this year that will help contribute to local dreams and goals. Unison Bank has partnered with the University of Jamestown and Jamestown Public Schools by contributing $500,000 to help progress their $11.5 million football field and track renovation project. The project includes a new turf football field and a nine-lane, 400-meter track, as well as a press box, seating and concourse. “We’re proud of our community bank heritage and the areas we serve,” said Unison Bank President & CEO, Kelly Rachel.

Past Accomplishments Keep JSDC On Track for Bright Future

(JSDC) – Kelly Rachel has served on the Jamestown/Stutsman County Development Corporation (JSDC) since 2013, the last two years as Chairman. With the close of 2020, Rachel stepped down at the end of his term after overseeing a tenure of impressive economic growth and development in Jamestown and Stutsman County. Rachel is the President/CEO of Jamestown’s Unison Bank and has been involved in the area in various manners for 40 years since attending the University of Jamestown. During his JSDC tenure, Kelly served on the New Business Attraction, Existing Business Outreach, Organizational Excellence and Finance committees. Kelly will continue with JSDC as the Past Chairman in 2021. Rachel was gracious enough to offer his insight into his past tenure, as well as a look forward to what lies ahead for Jamestown and Stutsman County.

Unison Bank Donates $25,000 to Jamestown Gymnastics Club

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Unison Bank is getting into the holiday spirit by giving back to the community and to future generations. Unison Bank has partnered with Jamestown Gymnastics Club (JGC) to help fund their capital campaign to help pay for its facility’s $700,000 renovation. The expansion added 2,875 square feet of space to the facility. “We’re honored to play a small part in helping this great organization,” said Unison Bank President & CEO, Kelly Rachel. “JGC has been working with athletes of all ages since 1978 and this building will ensure their success for years to come.” Unison Bank recently donated $25,000 to the JGC capital campaign so that future generations will be able to tumble and twist for years to come.
