On Wednesday, April 21, Taco Bell said it will launch its fourth annual hiring party at 2,000 U.S. stores with the goal of hiring 5,000 people through drive-up, curbside and other interviews, according to a press release.
Part of the effort will entail converting parking lots and patios into job fair and on-the-spot interview sites, since the company said the entire event will take place outside restaurants given pandemic-level precautions, which include remaining at least 6 feet from others at the events, including interviewees. This initiative continues to be successful for us year after year, and we welcome candidates to join in to learn more about what makes Taco Bell a great place to work, Kelly McCulloch, Taco Bell chief people officer, said in the release.
