This all playing out just before 8 oclock at 24th and norris here in north philadelphia. The sixyearold boy outside with his father and brother. That were just a few feet from their home when police say four shots rang out. The boy was hit. He ran inside the house. And the family then realized he was bleeding badly. Police got to the scene pretty quickly, took him to Temple University hospital. Initially the boy was in Critical Condition
