HOLDREGE, Neb. (AP) - Alexis Billeter tore her ACL her junior year of high school and had to undergo physical therapy.
When the Loomis senior saw how physical therapists help people emotionally and physically, she became interested in pursuing it as a career. Through the AXIOS program, Billeter learned more about time management, making a plan and setting goals.
The program helped her solidify her plan to attend Southeast Community College in Beatrice where she plans to play basketball and study physical therapy.

KEARNEY â Garrett Poppenâs P/R Mobile oil changes come with every important element â minus one.
Thereâs no building.
But there is a trailer. Itâs a 24-foot tandem axle model that would look more at home on a construction site. But Poppen has customized the rig so he can go anywhere and do oil changes.
He shares the story of his business getting off the ground two years ago, but he has to talk fast. Itâs a late winter afternoon, the sun is falling and so is the temperature.
Poppen hustles to finish oil changes on one of his clientâs three vehicles. After those three he will head to Pleasanton for several more oil changes.
