Discovered the flames in the first place, janine de la vega . Reporter the woman was sleeping and it was her dog who nudged her and thats what woke her up. She lives in this house near Santa Theresa, you can see something is burned and i cant understand what it is, it was pulled out of her house, it is gutted now and the majority of the cats who lived there are dead. She called 911 at 9 45 after she realized her bedroom was on fire. She didnt have a key to unlock the dead bolt and they had to cut through some fencing to rescue her and her dog. It took about an hour to knock down the fire, the majority of the cats who lived with her did not survive. She housed about 100 and only 5 or 6 cats survived.
