The movie begins with Sadanand (Hanumanthe Gowda), a politician, making arrangements for his daughter Preethi’s (Sasya) marriage with Premanand (Pankaj Narayan) at a Kalyana Mantapa in Magadi Road. Ironically, Sadanand depends on Kabinipathi (Chidanand), a marriage contractor who has no control on anyone either in the kitchen or at the reception hall, to make arrangements. Mahananda (Shankar Ashwath), a former MLA of Hubballi, and his son Premanand and others arrive at the marriage hall.
On the occasion, director Kavi Rajesh said many senior and junior artistes have acted in the film. “The shoot of the movie was completed in five days at a convention hall in Bengaluru. We are thinking of releasing it next month. The need of the hour is to save people who bankroll Kannada movies,’’ said director Kari Rajesh.
