The medium and high risk cases are not represented in the whistleblower reports. Instead, we get a preponder remembers of cases of low level employees who use Work Computers for personal business, who leave work early, or show up late, who gamble or sleep on the job, or who smoke in city cars and park them inappropriately. Preventing these abuses is worthwhile, but wheres the beef . We dont hear about the big money violations or mid to high level official misconduct. Why not . That is where that fire is. She tells us from the fire lines, trying to get more information but from what we understand, its an evacuation warning for the area of middletown and the wind is not too bad this morning but that could pick up in just a little bit. Lets talk about the kincade fire in Sonoma County having burned 116 square miles now, an area twice as big as the city of oakland and its only 15 contained. It kept growing through the night, but at a slower pace because the wind was not as strong. There are Evacuation Orders and warnings and so napa and lake county with 90,000 buildings in danger. 80,000 our homes and was strong wind expected to pick up later today, there are big concerns about how much more damage could be done. As we get into the red flag warning, it will increase to levels we saw when the fire initially began. Evacuation orders are downgraded to evacuation warnings for about 30,000 in the western part of Sonoma County. Allie rasmus is at the Sonoma County fai
