Police tape spread across both directions of logan because the crash had occurred at another intersection, and it ended in a driver making that vehicle, basically driving it over to second and logan with only three wheels left on the car. At that point, a tow truck was called to the scene. Now, the driver of the original vehicle, when the tow truck driver arrived, the tow truck driver thought the driver might be intoxicated. He ended up calling the police. At that point, the driver of that car, on three wheels, ended up stabbing the stomach.
