Parma Heights City Council president announces mayoral campaign

If elected, Parma Heights’ first female council president would become the city’s first female mayor.
“I’ve always thought about running for mayor,” said Gallo, 42, a Strongsville native who has called Parma Heights home for 20 years. “I’ve always been prepared for it, especially being in the role of council president for the past eight years.
“I have the legislative experience as a former clerk of council for 10 years leading up to my appointment to City Council. Over the past five years, I’ve gained administrative experience.”

PARMA HEIGHTS, Ohio New housing developments in inner-ring suburbs like Parma Heights don’t come along very often.
That’s why Cleveland Custom Homes President Jeffrey M. Crawford is excited about the recently announced American Dream Series at Lincoln Village, located on the east side of Stumph Road just south of Snow Road.
“It’s important to know we’re a luxury builder that’s bringing home ownership to a bigger pool of people,” Crawford said. “We acquired land in Parma Heights knowing it’s more of a blue-collar city.
