The Young and the Restless spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 13, tease that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will return to Genoa City from their honeymoon.
Shortly after Sharon and Rey arrive home, they’ll be greeted by Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), who will have brought food for an impromptu brunch.
Sharon won’t be too keen on the fact that Nick let Faith skip school for the brunch, and after Rey and Mariah head to work, Sharon and Nick will discuss Faith privately. Sharon will think that Faith seems to be overcompensating and hanging on her every word, but Nick won’t have noticed it.

Amanda will tell Billy that she’ll continue to represent him providing that he doesn’t lie, interfere with witnesses, speak to the DA without her present, and that he considers all of her advice. Billy will agree.
Billy will tell Amanda that he thinks Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) is a part of the setup against him. Amanda and Billy will ponder why Alyssa came back to Genoa City in the first place, and Billy will think that perhaps Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is manipulating Alyssa into framing him.

Billy admits it was a mistake to push Amanda away – and he could definitely use his real friends right now.
Amanda will always be Billy’s friend, but she runs down her list of terms if he expects her to be his attorney again. Billy can’t lie to Amanda and he can’t interfere with witnesses or any other aspects of the case.
Amanda also doesn’t want Billy to speak to the DA or the police without her present. She warns that if she gives Billy advice, he needs to listen and consider it. Billy insists it’s a deal.
