Sehrai laid to rest amid tight military siege in IIOJ&K

SRINAGAR: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K), senior APHC leader and Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Chairman Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai was laid to rest in tight military siege in his ancestral village Tekipora in Lolab area of Kupwara.
The occupation authorities had put strict restrictions on the movement of the people and the whole area was cordoned off.
A small number of people mainly some close relatives were allowed to participate in the funeral prayers and to have a last glimpse of the martyred leader. Indian army had laid restrictions all across the occupied valley to prevent mammoth gathering on the funeral of Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai.

The occupation forces in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday arrested seven youth in Baramulla and Kupwara districts.
According to details, the personnel of Indian army, paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force and police during cordon and search operations arrested five youth including Mohammad Yaseen, Showkat Ahmad and Ghulam Nabi Rather at Kachloo crossing on Baramulla-Handwara Highway and Baderkali in Handwara.
In another operation, the troops arrested Bashir Ahmed and Waseem Ahmed in Keeri area of Baramulla district. ISLAMABAD: Two more Kashmiri men were killed by Indian occupation forces in an operation in the Pulwama district of held Kashmir on Friday, as violence in the disputed territory continued for a second day. Friday’s killings raised the two-day death toll of Kashmiris to seven.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, the two men were killed by Indian troops during a brutal cordon and search operation at the Naibugh area of the district. The operation was ongoing as the last reports came in.
The identity of the slain men is yet to be ascertained, occupation officials told reporters. In an earlier operation, Indian troops killed five youths in Jan Mohalla of Shopian district.
