New Delhi: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi today said that ‘love jihad’ laws serve no public interest and are only meant to be used by goons to “persecute” Muslim men.
Taking to his Twitter, Owaisi asked what “community interests” are satisfied by jailing Muslim men in such large numbers?
“These laws are only meant to be used by goons to persecute Muslim men. They serve no public interest but allow criminal mobs to now interfere even more in the private lives of citizens,” he added.
