Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], March 6 (ANI): A total of six ministers in the B S Yediyurappa government on Friday moved a Bengaluru court seeking a stay against media outlets from publishing or broadcasting anything defamatory against them.
The ministers include B Basavaraj, Dr K Sudhakar, BC Patil, Shivram Hebbar, H T Somashekar and K C Narayana Gowda moved a city court moved the Bengaluru court and demanded the media to stop broadcasting/printing/publishing any defamatory or unauthenticated content about them.
The six Karnataka ministers have moved to Civil Court here in connection with a sex tape case allegedly involving Ramesh Jarkiholi, who recently resigned as minister.

Bengaluru: A CD was released to news channels on Tuesday, in which Karnataka Major and Medium Water Resources Minister Ramesh Jarakiholi could be allegedly seen with a woman in a compromising position.
The minister however said the CD is fake. Amid the clamour to resign, he said he would not step down as minister.
The CD has been released at a time when the BJP is gearing up to face elections in five states/UT, and just two days ahead of the month-long Budget session is scheduled to commence in Karnataka from March 4.

A sex CD was released in which Karnataka Major and Medium Water Resources Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi was allegedly seen with a woman in a compromising position. This happened just two days ahead of the month-long Budget session is scheduled to commence in Karnataka from March 4.
While several ministers have demanded his resignation, Karnataka Chief Minister remains tight-lipped about the matter. Reacting to this situation, many party members were of the opinion that Jharikoli has no option but to resign himself.
