The deputy recorder, who has worked in the Becker County Recorder’s Office for 31 years, said she shared with her staff Wednesday that she plans to retire in February.
The Becker County Board paid tribute to Patty Swenson, Becker County's Recorder and longtime county Planning and Zoning department head on Oct. 19. Many of her co-workers who shared stories about Swenson during her remembrance were moved to tears.
