Its a breaking a frantic rush to pull seniors from a burning building in Chester County. At least 20 people were injured by the fire at the Barclary Friends Senior Living Community. The flames broke out before 11 00 p. M. They quickly engulfed the facility. Residents evacuated. Neighbors filled the streets to help the seniors get water and warm blankets and anything they could do to help them out.
