Turns out, in Karen Josephs case, it was a combination of a technical problem and the states own safeguards. Manatee county supervisor of election mike Manatee County bennett says in josephs case a technical problem caused the machine to belive she has already checked in to vote and on top of that a paper jam kept the machine from spitting out a ballot. Reporter the man hunt for a suspect in the shooting death of two Iowa Police Officers is over. 46yearold scott green arrested this morning in suburban des moines. The search for green began not long after two officers were found fatally shot in their patrol cars overnight. Investigators are calling it an ambush. It doesnt look like there was interaction between the officers and whoever shot them. The first officer was found dead after 1 am local time in urbandale, iowa.
