Two male suspects, both from Willmar, were arrested after a caller reported shots were fired early Sunday morning. No one was injured in the incident, according to Willmar police.
Oscar Ivan Reyes Cruz, 39, of Willmar, was booked into the Kandiyohi County jail on an outstanding warrant after he was identified as one of the drivers involved in a fatal crash in McLeod County on Friday. He is charged with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
