Legendary has launched on HBO Max and the lineup is stacked. The show features the judges panel, packed with names we love (and maybe love to hate): Leiomy Maldonado, Megan Thee Stallion, Law Roach, and Jameela Jamil. The guest judges are a pretty hefty lineup as well with Taraji P. Henson, Adam Lambert, Nico Annan, Demi Lovato, Normani, Amiyah Scott, and Tiffany Haddish. And the ballroom competition will be as fierce as ever, with 10 new houses vying to be named superior house and snatch a cash prize of $100,000 and the show’s legendary trophy. Returning as one of the judges is GRAMMY-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion, who reveals what it takes to land those coveted 10s across the board.
“Me, looking for a 10, I’m always looking for who’s going to perform down,” she says, while looking glamorous on the Los Angeles-based set. “Like, who is going to wow us, who is going to make us feel like, ‘Damn, I wish I could learn that too.’ Who is the most inspiring, you know?”

Legendary is back and as fierce as ever! The ballroom competition series returns for season 2 in May, and ahead of its debut, HBO Max shared the first official look at the 10 new houses and 10 new leaders vying for the $100,000 cash prize.
Returning as host is MC Dashaun Wesley while Leiomy Maldonado, Jameela Jamil, Law Roach and Megan Thee Stallion are all back as judges, helping to determine “which house will snatch the legendary trophy this season” as the contestants are put to the test with weekly themed extravaganzas.

After bringing together houses from the ballroom scene to fight it out for $100,000. The House of Balmain won in that East Coast battle but for season two, the series has located to the West Coast to find their successor.
As previously announced, the ballroom houses of Prodigy, Icon, Luxe, Milan, Balenciaga, Tisci, Miyake-Mugler, Chanel, Commes Des Garcons, and O Ricci will all face off this season. For those who know the scene, the cast is absolutely stacked with some really massive names. And if the trailer is any indication, the judges have brought the looks to meet that same energy.
