The world’s first-ever sky pool has this week opened its waters to architecture and swim enthusiasts across London. The impressive aquatic structure, known as Sky Pool, is suspended about 115 feet in the air, offering a wildly daring and architecturally striking alternative to the typical city swimming pool.
Located between the two apartment towers at Embassy Gardens, the floating acrylic Sky Pool comes as a unique alternative to the traditional rooftop pool. The aquatic offering is not for the faint of heart though it runs about 82 feet in length with nearly 46 feet completely suspended in mid-air.
