Kabul Gurdwara Attack: A group of unidentified gunmen opened fire inside a gurdwara in Kabul, Afghanistan on Saturday, 18 June, reported multiple local news outlets.
Several blasts were reported near the Gurdwara Karte Parwan on Saturday, in the latest targeting of a place of worship of a minority community in Afghanistan.
Uniindia: Kabul/New Delhi, June 18 (UNI) Terrorists belonging to the Islamic State Khorasan faction on Saturday morning attacked the revered Gurdwara Karte Parwan in Kabul with bombs and gunfire, leaving an elderly Sikh gentleman and an Afghan guard dead. Sikh leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that all the terrorists were neutralised by Afghan soldiers and the Gurdwara is now under Afghan police control.
