Yes Nikki Callahan again with regard to the comments made as to the poa status the law and Civil Service which recognizes no disbased on the Title Association for example California Teacher and Nurses Association theyre unions so there is no distinction in that regard theyre recognized as the exclusive representative for within the citys obligated deal with terms and conditions of the employment. It is correct we dont have to bargain with the union about policy matters i tried to make that clear earlier there is a disagreement as to whether something is policy and whether it has an impact on discipline or safety thats where if we get into trouble and dispute with the union thats where it will fall. Parishioners are playing for the safe return of the relic, a prized and sacred possession. The church discovered that it was gone. Sunday mass at st. Dominics catholic church, time for prayer and reflection, but today sad news. The churchs most treasured relic, stolen from this display case, believed to contain a fragment of the true cross. The true cross goes back 2,000 year to the very cross of christ himself. For it to be stolen in this way, certainly both upsetting and very a sad king. Heres a picture before the theft. A teeny crucifix containing a sliver of wood. You dont do this accidently. A thief or thieves pop out a lock in the case and made off with the relic, leaving behind the red wax seal from the 1700s. Its just devastating. Devote parishioners prayed terelic most every day. Its like a piece of our heart has been just pulled out, and that little heartbeat is gone. And we need to get it bask, for somebody to do it, its like really must be out of their mind and im really so
