The release of pending funds for the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in West Bengal will be dependent on the Centre s satisfaction with the transparency of the scheme s implementation, according to Union Rural Development Minister Giriraj Singh.
