Tonight events around the country marked the somber anniversary. There were several events here in the bay area. We begin our Team Coverage in the east bay. We spoke to a woman who witnessed the terror attacks. Reporter here there was a candle light vigil to remember the victims of the terrible attack 15 years ago today. The haunting image of the twin towers crumbling beneath flames is one this bay area survivor will never forget. When you saw the fire and it was a quarter of a mile in the sky, you couldnt figure out how it got there. Then you saw the bodies falling and people streaming out of the twin tourist. They were scared. Sunday people in the Lafayette Community came together in the remembrance of the nearly 3,000 People Killed in the attack. My son was under two at the time.
