Justin Konikow has the gift of gab. He’s an effective communicator, and he’s genuinely committed to providing good customer service. He traces those skills back to his days as a bouncer. no, really.
When Konikow moved to London, from Montreal, in the early 2000s, it was in the lines outside the former Jim Bob Ray’s, dealing with a variety of characters, that the owner of Prime Real Estate Brokerage says he “fell into a customer service role.” “The other guys were 6-foot-6. I was 145 pounds soaking wet, so I was the talker,” Konikow says today with a laugh. “I had to learn how to deal with people just through conversation. I learned so much about people and, really, that’s why this career is such a natural fit.”
