Joe vasquez is standing by at city college in San Francisco. Joe . Reporter as you can see, there are about 25 demonstrators outside the administration building. And inside, about 15 have occupied the building. Earlier today, students and Police Clashed and it got violent. It was peaceful at first. Then, the demonstrators decided to go inside the administration building. [ screaming ] Campus Police decided to block them. This officer seemed to surprise his colleagues when he suddenly lunged at the protesters swinging his baton. He was just whacking people down the line.
