A 31-year-old La Crosse woman, Abrianna Marr, has been charged with felony counts of possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of non-narcotics with intent to deliver, and maintaining a drug trafficking place. Police responded to a complaint from the landlord of an apartment building in Campbell, where surveillance cameras showed visitors covering their faces and exhibiting erratic behavior.
