One man is in custody and two others are at-large after a family reported an armed home invasion June 8 on Redfield Street in La Crosse. Hunter Walz, 18, La Crosse, was arrested and is being held in the La Crosse County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond. Two other suspects remain at-large.
Zachary W. Fritz, a 39-year-old La Crosse man, faces a first-degree intentional homicide charge after allegedly killing a woman Monday in the town of Shelby. Judge Scott Horne set cash bail for Fritz at $1 million.
