it doesn t say the special counsel s criminal investigation and it s notable when they talk about the 19 interviews flynn has done, it s with the special counsel s team as well other justice offices. there are mystery investigations going on with the special counsel right now. but it also means it s possible that his work has prompted other investigations that have moved out to other jurisdictions. that s the other component of this we re going to be looking for. that may not have anything to do with what the special counsel is looking at. they may not get to his core mission. they may be something they turned up along the way. he and his team have been good about sort of referring things out when this say this is not central when they are here to v investigate so let s send this to sdny. you think about jared kushner here. he works so closely with flynn. should he be concerned that flynn spoke at such length with the special counsel? depending on what kushner has said when he
special council s office, or it could be something totally separate. it looks like flynn is helping with three things. as part of his assistance with these investigations. the defendant participated in 19 interviews with the special counsel s office or attorneys from other defendant of justice offices. he provided documents and communications redacted. while this addendum seeks to provide a comprehensive description of the benefit the government has thus far obtained from flynn s substantial assistance, some of that benefit may not be fully realized at this time, because the investigations in which he has provided assistance are ongoing. the defendant and the government agree that sentencing at there time is nonetheless appropriate because significant information is available to provide the court information about his sentence. what that s about is that in general and again, not a lawyer, but i talk to lawyers on
