Chief Justice Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha disclosed the rulings of the SC spanning from 2009 BS to 2014 BS. KATHMANDU, April 5: The hearing on a writ petition filed against Rabi Lamichhane, the chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), is currently underway at the Supreme Court (SC). The hearing, which was scheduled for Wednesday, is being conducted by the single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal.
