Mitali khanzode was not only part of that Bay Area Team, but shes also the youngest person to swim the strait of messina in italy at 15 years old, and her sister, anaya khanzode, started young as well, swimming competitively at 6 years old. She was the youngest member of that Bay Area Team and was also the youngest person to ever make the alcatraz crossing. She did that at 8 years old. Next door. Christy smith joins us live. Reporter the woman was attacked right by the door to her building, which is that one that you see right there. Now, a Navigation Center for the homeless is planned right next door to that building behind the fence that you see. And opponents are saying that there are clear Public Safety concerns. They would like the city to stop construction on the Navigation Center. She was grabbed by a man when she tried to get inside her building last week, and that attack was caught on security tape. She points to what she sees as a drug and Mental Illness problem in the city and joined the group which has been opposed to the Navigation Center, and they filed a lawsuit over it. Today pointed to other recent incidents of crime across the neighborhood. Please take action. Dont build this year. You dont have the capability to properly manage it. But professor ober is, a professor of history, and hes also the founding director of the center for the study popular music at the university of and he received his ph. D. His first book was black power radical politics and he wrote hip hop revolution. The culture and politics of rap. So this is his third book. And having read his first book, it was a great book.
