Kewanee Police reports for Monday, March 1, and Tuesday, March 2 Star Courier Monday Criminal damage to property was reported at 6:30 a.m. in the 100 block of West South Street. Theft under $300 was reported at 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of West Fourth Street. Theft under $300 was reported at 2 p.m. in the 300 block of South Cottage Street. Theft over $500 was reported at 5 p.m. in the 400 block of South Elm Street. An attempted scam was reported at 5:15 p.m. in the 400 block of East South Street. Diana Garibay, 35, of Kewanee, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. in the 500 block of South Main Street on an outstanding Henry County Warrant. She posted bond. She was also ticketed for driving while suspended. She was given a notice to appear in court.
