Terrorize ago community, ten day robbery spree, at that landed him in prison. Then after slew of misconduct violations, he was parolled. He was at a high risk for violent re offending. Records obtained by cbs3 say crawford violated his parole before being caught and sent to violation center before being reparolled just months ago. It all comes down to dollars and cents. Long time criminal attorney, george perry, says the prison system is over crowded, and the hard fact is a parolee cost a fraction of a prisoner.
