File A Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) officer was among four people arrested for allegedly kidnapping a businessman at Kiawara Trading Centre in Nyeri County. The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Friday, December 18, disclosed that officers based in Nyeri conducted an operation to nab the culprits.
