robert wone was murdered, for a while, it was sergeant patrick who was the ranking officer at that house on swan street. he said he saw all three defendants dressed in white robes. at the time he said we treated them like victims, not suspects. he said he saw victor zaborsky sitting on a couch trying. every time dylan ward would try to say something, joe price would glare at him and ward would stop talking. they were whispering and those glares made me suspicious, said sergeant patrick. later, i told a homicide detective about it. august, 2006, 32-year-old robert wone, stabbed to death as he was spending the night at a friend s home on swan street. no one has been charged in that murder. but the three house mates who live there have been charged with trying to cover up the crime. defense attorneys say it was a robbery, that an intruder came in through an open backdoor and murdered robert wone. evidence tech curtis lancaster says police spent about three weeks looking for clue

an infant found dead. a baby just weeks old dies at home. tonight homicide investigators are involved in the case. good evening, thank you for joining us i m adam may. we first brought you this story, now we re following up. reporter: the 911 call came at 9:17 saturday morning, when a woman came banging on her neighbor s door asking for help. detectives aren t saying much about the case. only that the circumstances inside the apartment have spurred an investigation. there are some circumstances that has brought questions to the investigators. reporter: plus identify the 6 -week-old boy as joel othude. investigators declined to answer questions about the case, saying they don t know anything about the boy or the neighbor who live there is. reporter: police investigators hoping that an autopsy is able to reveal a lot more than is known in this case. derek valcourt. neighbors in the annapolis area are under a warning. after a man speaking spanish tried to kidnap a yo
