jon: brand new details in the botched bombing attempt in new york city. law enforcement sources tell fox news they believe faisal shahzad did a dry run just days before he allegedly planted that car bomb in times square. they say the pakistani-american first scouted locations and later returned to the area to leave a getaway car near times square for his use after the intended bombing. this as a new picture shows shahzad with friends in times square roughly a year and a half ago. he s standing less than 100 yards from the spot where the suv was found on saturday. our david lee miller has been following this story from the very beginning, he joins us now. what can you tell us about what authorities think about the planning, david? reporter: there was a considerable amount of planning here. in fact, let s take a look at the timeline for a moment. based on what we now know, shahzad began putting together this plot as far back as march. that s when he purchased fireworks and wh

alert. second u.s. navy seal was found not guilty in the case involving an alleged beating of iraqi prisoner suspected of killing four american contractors in 2004. the judge ruled there was insufficient evidence to convict petty officer second class jonathan keefe. now this comes a day after petty officer first class julio huertas was cleared in the case. the trial for the third seal matthew mccabe will begin in may and we ll continue to follow this story as it develops. meanwhile, controversy continues to swirl around the defense department decision to rescind on invitation to the reverend franklin graham. he had been invited to speak at the national day of prayer event at the pentagon last month but the invitation was revoked after muslim employees at the department complained citing remarks he previously made. also this week came shocking news that the creators of the comedy central show south park , tray parker and matt stone received death threats from a radical muslim group. th
