The Secure Metering System, developed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), improves Pakistan’s National Transmission and Despatch Company’s (NTDC) ability to forecast power requirements across the country.

It stated that to date, USAID has provided training to 433 Pakistani women-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises under the initiative. The #SheMeansBusiness training initiative helps women-led businesses around the world and utilises social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, to boost their online presence and sales.
