So next recommendation, number three was probably one of the most contentious issues that was discussed, and that was what a major Revenue Source for 2018 might be. There were in the final vote, four measures that came out on top culled from a list of over 30, and probably the biggest debate was about looking to sales tax as a key revenue measure versus looking to some form of gross receipts tax.
