That is the number of people to have come in contact with the one person who is infected. It started out high, at 100 people and then limited to it 50 and tonight that number is down to ten. Finally out, watch as family members ordered to stay inside their dallas apartment, leave. They were told to stay put because they were in contact with ebola patient Thomas Duncan.
