Colder air we felt all weekend still has a firm grip on the region. The it is a battle to get that warm air fully entrenched and get this to change over to just plane rain. It is hard to believe stepping outside earlier temperatures in the 20s, snow was falling but warm air off to the south starting to work from the upper at the months fear on down. We are seeing a change over to rain, before falling but the surface, still hanging on to that cold. You can see what is hang right now we have got snow in the northern and western suburbs. We have a wintry mix in philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. The sleet, freezing rain, rain just plane rain down the shore and southern delaware. Little bit of good news we are seeing things lighten up, we are looking at generally light precipitation within the next couple of hours.
