Jury selection is scheduled for Monday morning before Judge Thaddeus Wilson. But Montgomery’s attorney, Peter Lewis, told the Tribune he is extremely skeptical that enough potential jurors will even show up. The whole thing smacks of a “publicity stunt,” Lewis said in a phone interview Tuesday.
