A former Franklin & Marshall College student charged with secretly recording people in a dorm shower and other places on campus will have his case decided in Lancaster County Court.
A Columbia man and woman ambushed a woman along a Lancaster Township road and robbed her of her belongings in the process, according to Manheim Township police.
