Jarrell McCrae gets 4 years in prison after a series of shootings ZANESVILLE - An ongoing feud for the past several years between two men who ve chosen homes and businesses in Zanesville as their battleground has been put on pause while one rival heads to prison for four years - a sentence Muskingum County Assistant Prosecutor John Litle does not find justifiable for the havoc caused in the community. As a person who has spent four years trying to put a case on Jarrell McCrae, obviously a four-year sentence is very disappointing, Litle said.  Prosecutors felt a seven-year sentence was more appropriate for McCrae, who was charged as a co-defendant in a shootout at the Mapleview Terrace Apartments in September.
