Blue Rock man pleads not guilty to kidnapping, other charges
ZANESVILLE, Ohio – A Blue Rock man is pleading not guilty to multiple felony charges including kidnapping, aggravated vehicular assault and failure to comply. 23-year-old Noah Thompson was arraigned Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court.
The charges against Thompson stem from an alleged incident in March. Judge Mark Fleegle continued Thompson’s bond at $100,000.
