Reporter slater lives next door and witnessed the officers shoot the two dogs after they they were trying to kill her. Reporter officers arrived at the home and saw two pit bulls attacking the girl and for safety they had to shoot the primary dog in the attack and the second dog tried to attack the officer and was also shot.
