Gunshot wound to the head. Reporter over months after the murder of 64yearold Michael Mcnew bucks County District attorney announced an arrest in this case. Investigators charged 33yearold Jennifer Lynn morrissey with criminal homicide burglary and other charges. Not always mediate when you can catch a killer and in this instance it took a lot of cooperation, collaboration and just good Old Fashioned detective work. Reporter mcnew was found shot to death inside of his home along the Delaware River in Washington Crossing august 8th. The District Attorney confirms mcnew and morrissey lived together since the beginning of january of 2015. According to court documents, he wanted her out of the house and that likely fueled her anger and led to the shooting. News of the murder rattled this close knit community. Many describe mcnew as a nice man that never bothered anyone. I was stunned shocked to say the least. I know mike, you know, from being a neighbor and everything. Reporter police say
